In 2006, Aderhold Properties, Inc. and Jennings Partners, Inc, reinvented the Fulton Bag & Cotton Mill into Georgia's premier New York-style lofts, The Stacks.
Aderhold Properties purchased the Fulton Bag & Cotton Mill in 1995 in an effort to save a rare surviving example of Atlanta's earliest industrial architecture. Their commitment to adaptive reuse of historically significant properties has been instrumental in the creation of The Stacks, authentic loft homes most similar to those found in New York City. The Stacks at Fulton Cotton Mill Lofts is a joint venture between Aderhold Properties, Inc. and Jennings Partners, Inc., both of Atlanta.
